Well (for want of a more eloquent way to say it) rats. I shall hold out hope that the remainder of the day shapes up.

Which is consistent with the last couple months, I think. Bleh. :P

At least you've not just recently moved over half the USA to get ran down by a maniacal robot in a red car!

Out of curiousity, do you really mean crapulent (indulging to excess and thereby often feeling discomfort as a result...not that you have to indulge a whole lot these days for that effect), or just crappy-with-extra-syllables?

If the first, clearly you've had too many biscuits.

oh man, I nearly shot diet coke out of my nose after reading that. :-)

I hope our man [info]demiurgent at least gets a smile out of it!!

*hugs to [info]demiurgent!!*

Darlin', you don't know the half of it. Let's run away, shall we? Someplace cozy where we can snuggle up and read all day and ignore the crappiness of the world.

*hugs you*

Works for me. My mother used to call it 'Moving to Wayne, Maine." Wayne being a 'town' that doesn't quite have a 'post office.'
Sir, I exist!

"Wayne being a 'town' that doesn't quite have a 'post office.'"

So [info]archangelbeth had a specific model for Wye, ME (from GURPS IOU's "Ya Cain't Git Heah from Theah!")?

What's the town a few miles out of Houlton that's just alphanumeric? T2-R8? Something?

There will always be a period of 'meh' between one 'DUDE!' and the next. Still sorry to hear, tho.

I prescribe video games, because winning is AWESOME. XD

(Then again, I am but a young slacker. You may substitue the more fulfilling activity of your choice if you wish.)

Sorry to hear it, Bro.

But at least it's Friday. Soon you'll have a weekend of distance.

I'm a bit partial to the word "craptacular".

You need a biscuit.

Sadly, I can only offer you cheesecake.

[info]demiurgent at 2005-02-25 17:52 (UTC) (Link)
Which I can't even eat any more, now that I think about it.

But I can have a roast beef half sandwich while you eat cheesecake, which weirdly is almost as good.

Can you have cornmeal dipped, pan-fried catfish? (fried in vegetable oil)

Actually... yes. Yes I can.

And I have to admit, that sounds really good.

What about the other kind of cheesecake - the kind that's for viewing, not eating? ;)

There's always room for that kind of cheesecake. ;)

I'd have to agree and empathize. Maybe there's something in the air.
