Just a fast, fast note, with more to follow later.
The CPAP went very, very well.
The great thing about the machine -- besides the fact that it actually works as advertised, is that you can pretend you're being held captive on an alien ship and need it to feed you life giving air in a poisonous atmosphere.

Look, I was *really* tired when I was going to sleep last night.
