Mr. Rogers explained to us, some time ago, that King Friday's birthday, by royal decree, was on every Friday the 13th. And therefore, Friday the 13th was always a day for celebrations and revelry.
The King himself said that it was a good day. A fine day. The best of days. And we should appreciate how special this day is.
My third grade teacher told me Friday the 13th was unlucky.
You know what? I'm going with Mister Rogers on this one.
